- Q. What is Gold Gift Token?
Upcoming events are planned in London and around the UK in the future to attend one of these events you are required to purchase a Gold Gift Token. This can be purchased online through our secure payment page in a similar way to the membership but at the specified amount for each function. |
- Q. How do I purchase a Gold Gift Token?
Within the Events page there will be a BUY TICKETS buttons next to each Event. Use this button and follow the onscreen instructions to buy a gift token |
- Q. How do I use the Gold Gift Token?
| A confirmation email will be sent to you giving a code that you will need to present upon entry to the specified event. |
- Q. How many can I buy.
| You can buy only 1 token as a member and 1 guest token, if required per event from your account. The members’ token if bought with a guest token will therefore be at a reduced rate according to the price of the token. |

- Q. How do I send a message to another member?
| Search for a golden member to email click on the "envelope" icon on the members’ profile page. Then follow the onscreen instructions. |
- Q. Will I know if the other member has received my message?
| GOLDDIGGERS.UK.COM website will notify you that your message has been sent, this will be shown in your outbox. |
- Q. Where do I receive messages into?
| Into your inbox within your Account area. You will not receive direct emails from users to protect your privacy. You will receive email confirmation from GOLDDIGGERS.UK.COM website that another member has left a message for you. Then you need to log in and check the message in your inbox. |
- Q. How will I know if I have received message?

Personal Ad Page
- Q. How do I place an ad?
Log in in to your account and click on "My Personals" from the left hand side menu. Then click on "ADD" and follow the instructions. |
- Q. What is the Personal Ad Page?
Got tickets for the theatre and no-one to take? Fancy going out for dinner, but don´t have a date! Why not advertise on our very own ´personal ad page´. Your username can be clicked on and a member can view your profile and email a reply to your advert. |
- Q. How do I delete my Advert?
| Log in to your account and click "My Personals": you can view a list of your personal ads. Check ads you want to delete using the checkbox next to each ad name, then click delete button. |
- Q. How will I receive replies to my Ad?
| You will receive personal ad replies like other messages into your GOLDDIGGERS.UK.COM account inbox. |
- Q. How long will my Advert run on the Personal Ad Page?
Depending on what duration option you selected when the ad was created. |

Profile Page
- Q. What if I change my email address?
| To change your email address, please contact GOLDDIGGERS.UK.COM at admin@golddiggers.uk.com. Currently your emails are set as one of the unique security identifications only our administrator department can change your email. |
- Q. What if my Username and Password does not work
Check your emails for correct login information.
Username and passwords are case sensitive.Check if you have switched on CAPS LOCK or set the correct language in your Operating system.
Otherwise contact us at admin@golddiggers.uk.com and and type a description of the problems you are encountering to our team. We will contact you within 24 hours. |
- Q. How do I edit my profile?
Log in to your account, click on "View My Profile" link from left hand side menu and then click on Edit my profile link. |
- Q. Can I change my Photo?
Yes, you can. Simply Log in to your account go to "View My Profile" and then click on "Edit my profile" . On the bottom of the page you will see your existing photos. If you want to change the photo first remove the old one and then browse and upload your new photo. |
- Q. What if I cannot upload my photo?
Make sure you are uploading jpg, jpeg or gif files and that your photo is not bigger than 300KB. Most photos taken on cameras and mobile phones are too large photos and unsuitable for web uploading. Please resize these photos before you upload to the site. |

- Q. Login Problems?
If you are experiencing problems with your account login details then you will need to do one of the following:
1. Check the "Welcome to GOLDDIGGERS.UK.COM" confirmation email you received when you registered with GOLDDIGGERS.UK.COM
2. If you have forgotten your password, please use the forgot password link to reset your password (you must supply the email address used when registering with GOLDDIGGERS.UK.COM).
Remember:
- Ensure Javascript and cookies are enabled in your browser.
- You must supply the valid email address used when registering with golddiggers.uk.com.
- All the details required to login are case-sensitive (check against the registration confirmation email)
- Ensure that your username, email address and password and entered exactly the same as when you created your account.
- No spaces must be used before or after the username,email address or password. Use the delete/backspace keys to avoid this -especially if you are cutting/pasting details.

Sending winks is the easy and quick way to grab a members´ attention. There are 4 wink options for you to use within GOLDDIGGERS.UK.COM Website.

- Q. How do I know if someone has sent me a wink?
You will receive email confirmation into the email account that you used when you registered with GOLDDIGGERS.UK.COM website. Then you will need to log in and check the message in your winkbox that another member has winked at you. |
- Q. How do I know if another member has received my wink?
GOLDDIGGERS.UK.COM website gives you confirmation that your wink has been sent. Your ‘winks sent’ in your ‘winkbox’ account also shows you the winks that you have sent. |
- Q. Is there a limit to how many winks I can send?
A golden member can send as many as they wish to other members to express interest in them.
This feature is also available for Free Members to use as an unsubscribed member but is limited to three winks. |
